Disclaimer: Customers must ensure Upon a Wish Car Wash has permission to perform services at the scheduled location. If access is denied, services cannot be completed. Customers may reschedule at another location or forfeit 50% of the payment if they choose not to reschedule.
You are required to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. It should be noted that if you forget to cancel within this period of time, 50% of your appointment rate will be charged to your credit card on file because if the appointment cancelled on the same day, we will not be able to fill it. The fee for this appointment must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
By scheduling services with Upon a Wish Car Wash, the customer affirms that they have obtained the necessary permission for our team to enter the property and perform detailing services. Failure to secure such authorization will prevent services from being performed at the scheduled location. In such cases, the customer many reschedule the appointment at another approved location. If the customer declines to reschedule, 50% of the payment made will be forfeited.
